Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.  
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.  
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.  
The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.  
Opened or used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
